Wearing Face Masks

Wearing a face mask helps to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Face mask are intended to catch contagious droplets that are spread by talking and coughing. The main purpose of a mask is to prevent an infected individual from spreading contagious droplets. It is possible for an infected individual to be contagious, before they are even aware that they are sick. Read more about why wearing a mask can help. Masks also help to deter and discourage touching your face.

Having your glasses fog up when you wear a mask is extremely frustrating, but there are solutions to the problem. Putting a thin flexible piece of metal in the top of your mask to help mold your mask to the shape of the bride of your nose. If you are unable to get a piece of metal/wire for this, try this simple trick using tissue or toilet paper, but remember to change it out regularly.
